This role is to work for a joint venture organisation that only works within the PFI industry. They are specialist in the education sector and are currently on the framework to provide BSF resources when this finally hits the market. They are looking for an intermediate to senior person to join and help lead their PFI education bids. Packages of circa 70k plus attractive benefits along with the possibilities of share options and bonus on successful bid delivery are available for the successful individual. You really must have a proven track record in the business showing your actual involvement in the bid wins. They also require someone who can foster good relationships with the contractors - so someone who has come from a main contracting background is likely to understand how to communicate. It may be that you wish to work on a different side of the fence without damaging your pay packet! The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate to the board that they will personally bring value to the organisation and help to develop their bidding processes. You will have a great deal of autonomy and power to implement changes to the bidding process that are deemed appropriate and have shown to be successful.
