Exciting opportunity to work for a leading SPV in the PFI sector with a rapidly expanding portfolio. Based in the Cornwall area you will oversee the Lifecycle and Compliance of a large PFI Estate. This is a highly strategic role which involves close communication with all stakeholders to ensure the development of a comprehensive Asset Management and Maintenance plan.
You will undertake audits, reviews and plan the performance and strategy whilst ensuring all budgetary elements are within the contract specification. You will have a solid background in PFI, Contract and Project Management and FM. Ideally you will be M+E or QS qualified to degree level. This role attracts a good salary with excellent benefits and a substantial career path.
