Superb opportunity to join one of the UK’s leading FM Service Providers at the helm of a portfolio of flagship public sector contracts. With sites located across the southern half of the UK and an annual Total facilities services turnover in excess of £100million, this role is ideal for a proven operational manager, preferably with PFI experience, with demonstrable ability to manage a major P & L profitably, and who can also demonstrate profitable growth of the portfolio via upsell, contract retention and by supporting the bid teams for new PPP/PFI opportunities. My client is flexible on sector experience as long as shortlisted candidates have experience of running large complex single site PPP/PFI contracts, or alternatively have run major corporate total FM contracts that are particularly demanding, either from a client relationship management perspective, or because of the technical complexity of the sites involved.
